The MPL-A320H-SJ72AA servo motor is a low-inertia motor that has been combined with technology that enables it to detect machine position in order to operate it in the most appropriate position and within its recommended specifications. The servo motor has been designed by Allen-Bradley. The Allen-Bradley MPL-A320H-SJ72AA low-inertia servo motor comes covered by a standard enclosure that is IP 50 rated. This enclosure protects the drive against contact with solid particles and at the same time it provides a mounting mechanism. With this enclosure, it is easy to mount and install the servo motor. The only downside is that without a proper seal, the servo motor does is not protected against contact with liquids. When mounted, clearances need to be left on each side of the servo motor to promote ventilation.

The Allen-Bradley MPL-A320H-SJ72AA low-inertia servo motor needs to be included in a grounding system in order to prevent electrical noise. Once it has been grounded, all of its signal and power connections need to be separated from each other and each cable needs to be filtered and shielded.
