With a fixed displacement of 016 and a maximum operating pressure of 280 bar, this model ensures efficient operation in a wide range of demanding applications. The pump's low noise and minimal pulsation are due to its advanced clearance compensation and long contact length involute spline design. These features not only contribute to quiet operation, but also improve the overall efficiency of the pump, even when handling low-viscosity fluids. The PGP2-2X/016RE20VE4 achieves excellent efficiency by maintaining performance over a wide range of viscosities and speeds thanks to its seal clearance compensation technology. In addition, its robust construction includes FKM seals for HLP and HEES hydraulic fluids, allowing it to be used in different systems. Clockwise rotation, as well as standardized square flange connections in accordance with DIN standards, ensures its compatibility and easy installation in a variety of configurations. With its excellent suction characteristics, the pump can be paired with other Bosch Rexroth components such as PGH and PGF internal gear pumps, vane pumps and axial piston pumps.
