The Bosch Rexroth VT-VSPD-1-2X/V0/1-0-1 (R901161533) is a sophisticated valve amplifier designed as a printed circuit board in European format with a daughter board on both sides, tailored for precise control of proportional valves. This high-performance unit is centered around a microcontroller that orchestrates the entire operation process, storing data for configuration, command values, and parameters in nonvolatile FLASH memory. With four digitally coded inputs, users can access up to 10 stored parameter sets for command values which determine the valve spool position and corresponding ramp times. It supports up to 10 valve amplifiers connected through a local bus system with individual bus addressing via BODAC software. A version with display enables configuration directly on the device without requiring a PC. This valve amplifier is capable of being configured using a PC program like BODAC and features programmable output stage frequency along with options for pilot current adjustment or characteristic curve correction. Its design also incorporates configurable measuring sockets alongside its sophisticated diagnostic capabilities.
