The Schneider C080N420FM is a circuit breaker designed to protect circuits from damage caused by overcurrent/overload or short circuits. It is part of the new generation of the ComPacT NS630bN to NS3200 series. This new generation of ComPacT NS products maintains the same performance and features a new transparent front cover for easy viewing of auxiliary contacts, as well as ergonomic touch-sensitive toggle switches and optional LED trip status indicators. Additionally, a new wireless auxiliary contact OF/SD using the ZigBee communication protocol is available as an option. The ComPacT NS800N is a complete four-pole circuit breaker designed to optimize space utilization and breaking capacity. It is a manually operated fixed circuit breaker ideal for a variety of standard and special applications. Its breaking capacity (Icu) is 50kA rms (415VAC 50/60Hz). The operating voltage is 690VAC 50/60Hz. The circuit breaker can be manually operated via ON/OFF or by pressing the "trip" button. The basic function of a circuit breaker is to interrupt current when a fault is detected.
