This MicroLogic 2.2 G is a 4 poles 4d electronic trip unit used on ComPacT NSX 250 circuit breakers. This 250A rating electronic trip unit is an optimum choice for generator protection applications. It embeds an adjustable long time protection against overloads. It provides also an adjustable short-time protection and a fixed instantaneous protection against short-circuits. MicroLogic 2.2 G indicates overloads with Alarm LEDs. The green Ready LED flashes if the circuit breaker is ready to trip. 

The electronic trip unit works by detecting current and automatically tripping when an overload occurs. Compared to traditional thermal-magnetic trip units, it is more accurate and reliable.
