The Schneider PJA36000S60 is an Automatic Switch. The PowerPacT P-type frame automatic switch is an isolating device used to open and close circuits under normal operating conditions. The automatic switch has a similar structure to a P-type frame circuit breaker, using the same accessories and providing the same connection methods. The switch has a factory-preset, non-adjustable trip point that is calibrated to protect molded case circuit breakers. The automatic switch can connect and disconnect its rated current. For overload or short circuit, protection must be provided by upstream devices. PowerPacT P-type frame switches are available in various versions, including unit-mounted, I-Line, plug-in, and withdrawable types. The line side of the switch uses I-Line terminals, and the load side uses mechanical terminals. This PowerPacT P-type 600A three-pole automatic switch has a short-circuit withstand current of 25kA at 600VAC. It uses an ABC phase connection.
