The Allen-Bradley 2711P-T12C4A8 is a PanelView Plus 6 operator terminal that features a 12.1-inch colored display screen, an embedded Analog resistive touch screen, integrated 512 MB Flash and 512 MB Random Access Memory (RAM) with integrated Ethernet, and RS232 communication port as well as USB interface. This operator terminal is powered by an input voltage of 100 to 240 VAC along a frequency of 50-60 Hz.

The 2711P-T12C4A8 supports horizontal or landscape installation orientation to an enclosure rated NEMA/UL Type 12, 13, 4X (indoor use only), and IEC IP54, IP6. To mount this operator terminal, create a panel cut-out with dimensions of 257 x 338 mm or 10.11 x 13.29 in. Additionally, maintain a mounting clearances of 51 mm (2 in.) (Top), 102 mm (4 in.) (Bottom), 25 mm (1 in.) (Side). Install appropriate climate control devices such as a fan or heater.

The 2711P-T12C4A8 is installed with a built-in battery with minimum expected operational lifespan of Four (4) years. It is primarily utilized to provide critical data timestamps. This battery-backed clock has an accuracy of +/- 2 minutes. In the event of low charge, the battery is field replaceable with catalog number 2711P-RY2032.

It also supports File Transfer Protocol Feature (FTP), Active X control support and PDF file viewer.
