Allegro MicroSystems recommends APS12200/10/30 for all new Automotive 3-wire Hall-Effect latch IC designs. The A1220-A1223 are temperature-stable, stress-resistant Hall-effect sensor ICs for extended temperature ranges up to 150°C. Featuring dynamic offset cancellation, integrated regulator, and short-circuit protected output, they operate from 3V to 24V, with a south pole turning the output on.
