The 1794-OW8XT output module is an 8-relay output module that belongs to the 1794 module series by Allen-Bradley. The main objective of the Allen-Bradley 1794-OW8XT 8-relay output modules is to connect different kinds of equipment through the use of several networks. Its compact design promotes space conservation. This unit comes with electromagnetic relays that can operate at high temperatures without any problems. This module operates with a voltage of 24 Volts DC and it can be used with 9 different terminal base units available from Allen-Bradley. The Allen-Bradley 1794-OW8XT 8-relay output module is conformally coated which enables it to withstand high temperatures. This drive comes with an external power supply of 125 milliamps and a contact resistance of 30 milliohms. It can operate non-stop with a switching frequency of 0.3 Hertz and a bounce time of 1.2 milliseconds.
